I couldn’t get to collect the watch until a Sunday (when Up North Watches are not usually open) but Curtis kindly agreed to come in and arrange collection despite over an hour to travel to meet me. Curtis was friendly and knowledgeable, and provided a top service. Would thoroughly recommend. Thank you!
