Sophie Rogers looked after the sale of a house for us, she was excellent from start to finish and I would thoroughly recommend.
Just by comparison the buyer had a terrible solicitor so it made me appreciate how Sophie handled things even more.

I can not fault her in the slightest, she was so responsive and knowledgable and made a very complex situation a lot easier for me to manage. She was very attentive and understanding of our situation and nothing was ever a silly question. I am pleased to say that we completed on our property and also with Gemma’s support it enabled me to be able to move my dad from the other side of England into my old property. She also dealt with my help to buy which was an absolute pain from the provider, she did this in such a skilled way and I would not be in the position which I am in now without her. I honestly cannot recommend Gemma enough.

"Really disappointing experience"

Really disappointing experience. Sidelined into using the company through estate agents and with only first time seller knowledge behind me I did not realise what I let myself in for. Poor communication across partners involved with the sale and felt like an inconvience at every step of the process. Everytime I called for an update it was brushed off due to 'lunch' or I got a 30 second window to be spoken at condescendingly. I was consistently told every sale is different and it does not matter what anyone else says, suggests or asks. Unfortuntely I would not recommend this company.
