Used this Company for the first time for business ordering and I was impressed. Next day delivery, paperwork arrived with the items to enable accurate checking in of the stock, no damaged stock (battered boxes etc) unlike the previous Company I used. Ordering via their website is very quick and also easy to navigate. Office staff were very helpful and prompt in actioning any requests I had. Will continue to use and although this was my first order, I envisage the same professionalism during our business relationship so would highly recommend this Company for all your office needs - from pens to office furniture!

I ordered this, had a problem paying online, and then spoke to a customer service person who took a card payment. 2 seconds later I got an email telling me my item was not in stock. And there is no date telling me when it will be in stock. Why did they take payment for something they knew they didn't have? I will cancel my order tomorrow.

"Courier could do much better"

The only issue I have is with your choice of courier, UPS. The tracking information just tells you where the shipment has been. What I want to know is when will it arrive, and sometime before 18:00 is not good enough. Before 12:00 or after 12:00 would be better, but I've have had deliveries timed to with 10 minutes. the technology is out there, I' surprised UPS don't use it. I recommend you change courier.
