Fantastic company to work with (and I have done so on a number of occasions for different issues over the past 6 years). Great communicators - they are very responsive and very clear about the scope, the pricing and the expectations. Fantastic team, very professional and very reliable, always arrive with a smile and a friendly attitude and always see things through to successful resolution. And the prices are very reasonable. Colville is not only my favourite plumber, but also all of my neighbours' favourite plumber. He is absolutely fantastic.

Just Services Group was recommended to me by a friend, and he was right, they are an excellent company to deal with. Paul, who carried out the survey on my boiler, arrived as booked and I had the quote within 10 minutes of him leaving the property. The quote was a very fair price - and the subsequent install (also by Paul) was carried out a week or so later. The job was completed seamlessly, and the old boiler was removed, leaving my place clean and tidy. I was also given a bit of training on the new boiler and Hive system. The team in the office were a delight to deal with, and the after care has been excellent. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Have used Just Boilers several times now. Was having problems with a fairly recently installed boiler. After calling back installing firm several times, problems persisted. Fed up one morning, I looked online and saw Just Boilers. Explained probs to lady on phone. An engineer arrived few hours later. As I opened the door he said ‘I know what’s wrong with your boiler! He looked at it, asked if I’d like him to ring Bosch for me. It was a manufacturing fault - Bosch arrived same day! That was about 4/5 years ago. Absolutely no trouble since. I think that was going above and beyond ….. I think they’re an excellent firm and would unreservedly recommend.
