"This company has extremely poor customer service"

This company has extremely poor customer service. I had ordered personalized pencils for my class as a holiday gift. I ordered the pencils with plenty of time for them to arrive before we left for break. I emailed three times about the status of my shipment before someone finally got back to me simply with the tracking number. I then emailed again that the pencils would not arrive by their guaranteed delivery date and that we would already be on break so no one would be able to accept the order. The person that emailed me back that time had told me I did not order them by December 4th which was the cut off, but right below it has my order date which was before the 4th. They then tried to tell me the only way to get a refund was to refuse the order but since no one was on my campus that was not possible. It is now January and the pencils are no where to be found, I have no refund, and no one competent enough to email me back. I also asked multiple times for a phone number so I could speak to someone on the phone about the situation and they never provided that for me. I would NEVER use the company again and would urge anyone who is considering to do the same.

"Stay far away from this company"

Stay far away from this company. I had a horrible experience. First they sent my order to the wrong address. When I finally received my order one set of pencils had the personalized name partly printed on the eraser. Very difficult to find a contact number. Finally found one. Here it is 1-800-642-8885. Each time I contacted the company they really didn’t seem to care that they messed up. I will never use this company again.

"Not Satisfy"

I ordered some pencils for my students a month ago, when they came two sets weren't legible and one set was damaged. I emailed and sent a picture of the pencils, they said they said they send the replacements without charge. They did, but when they came one set was missing even thought they say they packed it.

The problem is the one the was waiting for wasn't even in the shipment. i called and they said they pack them because it showed on the slip, and will get it out to me i haven't got it as yet and i am supposed to give out the pencils tomorrow. i can't give the rest of the class theirs and left one child out. How could you screw up one shipment three times yet signed off on it?

I've ordered from this company before and never had a problem until now. Very disappointed!

"From Awesome to Awful in two years"

Two years ago I ordered from them and they bent over backwards to please the customer. I ordered personalized pencils for the students around Xmas time and they even set them to me via next day air to be sure that they arrived on time, at no extra charge.
This time was horrible. I ordered personalized pencils again. When I ordered them their web page said flat rate shipping to order as much as you wanted and pay a flat rate. What they did not say is that the flat rate shipping applies to one item only and on their web site makes it impossible to order more then one item, thus you have to create another order for the next item which has it's own shipping charge and each item has a minimum $30 order to it. I contacted customer service about the double shipping charge they said it was that I placed two orders. I tried to explain that there was no other way to get two items and got nowhere with them. I asked for the customer service manager to contact me since there is no means to call them on the phone which they just ignored my request. I sent an email informing them I would file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau again me email was ignored.

"Unhappy"

I ordered personalized pencils and custom rulers for my class. I received the pencils, which was missing one, along with the rulers which they had messed up the printing. I contacted them and they said they would replace them all right away, which they did (Good). So I got the missing pencil pack but the rulers they sent were exactly the same as the first batch! I contacted them AGAIN and asked for a refund if they were not going to do it correctly, and they said they would replace them right away. I have yet to hear from them. It's been over a month of this.

Always accurate order. Pretty amazing considering they are embossing a class room worth of pencils

The order process is very easy and with a few clicks of the mouse, the order is complete. Shipment is timely and the packaging is very secure. I have ordered from this manufacturer for years. They have a wide selection of products.
