"Paid for one-month's access to 'Parkers…"
Paid for one-month's access to 'Parkers adjusted valuations' but after a few days the login didn't work. Neither did the 'Contact Us' page. Emailing them has, so far, drawn a blank. I'd certainly advise to avoid this company.

"I used to use this site regularly as a…"
I used to use this site regularly as a Sole Trader to get a quick price for any potential car.
Just noticed recently that they appear to have removed the ability to enter a registration number, this greatly reduces the ability to get a semi accurate valuation for your car, and yes they are still charging the same.
I agree with previous comments with regard to advertising and annoying pop-ups, especially when you pay them £10 per month for thw privilege.
Customer service is non existent.
Come on Parkers, get a grip !!

"Atrocious website, could do better (actually used to do much better)"
Used to be the first port of call when buying or selling cars. Now it's just an atrocious collection of badly placed intrusive slow loading ads, interspersed with a few pictures and details of what you may be looking for. More likely though is you are looking at something different due to a wrongly placed or ill-timed click due to the speed at which the parasitic ads load. Also the services you used to get as a paid subscriber (even 12 months ago) are not there any more but prices are higher.

"I paid for a service from Parkers that was available free - what a complete rip-off."
I paid Parkers for a valuation of my car before advertising it for sale. When I accessed the relevant section of their website, there were no additional model specific options for me to select regarding my vehicle that were not already available without paying. So, I had basically been charged for a service which was available free of charge. Obviously, I complained, however, Parkers were very unhelpful, stating that there were no problems with the site. I will not use their service again and others should do the same. My experience with them has been a complete rip-off.

"CAR VALUATION"
Just wanted a quick price guide on my car..... they take you through all the questions then want you to pay. Because of the clearly surreptitious way they seem to run their website I would not trust them in any other aspect of business.

"Totally wrong prices undervalue cars…"
Totally wrong prices undervalue cars for sale massively and over value part exchanges you may aswell pick a figure out of a hat not approved prices, autotrader real time valuation and insurance approved only like glasses guide etc

"Don't bother with PARKERS"
Prior to selling our VW Beetle, we obtained 'valuations' from 5 sites. These were Autotrader, Whatcar, Confused.com, RAC and Parkers. The first four companies estimated a private sale between £2510 to £2990. PARKERS GUIDE on the other hand came up with £1325-£1835 for a private sale. Now, the first two calls were from people who were clearly dealers (but not identifying themselves as such) and time wasters as when it came to discussing the price they only wanted to discuss the PARKERS valuation. PARKERS seem way off the mark and for some reason want to keep private sale prices low, yet keep trade sellers prices full. Like other contributors you can not even phone them. I WOULD NOT ever recommend them or ever use PARKERS again. They could have cost us several hundred pounds. We advertised it for £2550, had half a dozen calls and found a buyer for £2450.

"Waste of money"
Paid for the extra to get a more accurate valuation and it didn't make any difference. Also site is still full of adverts. These used to be the bible for car valuation, not anymore better off looking on autotrader to see what they are selling for.

"Untrustworthy"
Untrustworthy. Barely contactable. Not responsive to their mistakes
I am selling my estate car. DVLA and Honest John agree its an estate car. Parkers and Autotrader say its a hatchback and worth at least £870 less than the estate version.
Autotrader have been responsive if unhelpful ('....looking into it.'). Parkers have not even responded. There is no phone number for them.
I used to like Parkers but now realise how damaging they are when the get their data wrong and will not fix instantly. You need to be very careful before relying on Parkers data.
