After I applied I received I phone call almost straight after. Booked an appointment for the installers to come. I requested an early start appointment and the installers were punctual. They were also very friendly and approachable and answered all my questions. The job was done within few days i submitted my application and it took them almost 3 hours to complete the job.

Terrible company left a terrible mess brick dust everywhere even in my neighbours garden vents put it of which I did not want in my downstairs toilet now it’s freezing in my toilet and cold in my house all I wanted was the loft insulated and one of my thermostat valves have gone missing of which it was there before they came I was told if I don’t have the vents put in they will not do the loft I am so very angry I would never recommend this company absolutely dreadful

We had our loft insulation done Monday the men where really friendly. They worked none stop and checked everthing when they had done before they left.

Had cavity wall insulation fitted 25th July and the installer made an unbelievable mess with the insulation beads and glue. There are tiny grey bead ms everywhere and he stained my garden patio with the glue. We were supposed to have extractor fans fitted as part of the installation; it's been over a month now and still nobody has come to do them. I've rang multiple times and emailed twice but still nothing. Work work are in breach of the terms of the funding that allows them to claim back the money by not installing the extractors at the same time as the insulation as it can lead to damp. I'll be complaining to some sort of ombudsman shortly, avoid them like the plague is my advice.

I just had room in a loft insulated absolutely excellent work. Neat tidy hygiene top workmen’s ship went extra miles to finish job.

Time keep also excellent.

Now hopefully I am awaiting External Solid wall insulation and more better boiler than I got at monument.
