"Best Clinic Ever"

I originally went to Illuminate Skin Clinic to get my skin in good shape for my Wedding in December and I am very glad I did. The clinic is very clean and relaxing and the treatments are lovely. However the best thing about this clinic is the staff. Lucy and Ashley are two of the nicest kindest women I have ever met. They are both very professional and really good at their jobs. I felt completely comfortable with them and they always gave me honest advice. They always treated me more like a friend than a customer and that always made me feel at ease. The reception manager and receptionists also deserve a mention. They were always so kind and welcoming to me. Really lovely Clinic. I definitely recommend to anyone🙂

Currently half way through treatment with Lucy, she has been absolutely incredible from the start and on every appointment she’s made sure I’ve felt happy and confident in the treatment process. Lucy has been incredibly supportive and went above and beyond to make sure the treatment was right for me before we began anything :)

I have just had an amazing treatment with Lucy. She put together a special bespoke facial to address my skin’s needs. It was relaxing in a calm atmosphere too.

When you arrive at illuminate skin Clinic, you are greeted by the most friendliest of staff especially Melissa and Mana who are both very efficient and totally professional. They gave me their time and explained the whole process, Even the coffee was great whilst I waited for Dr Prince and Dr Ru. They made me feel very comfortable whilst I waited for a procedure and oh that massage chair was simply amazing.

The Doctors are extremely understanding and just give you the time you need and explain everything without any issues. I would not hesitate to recommend Illuminate Skin Clinic to anyone
