Had some issues during the actual process of using the lease, but their support got it sorted out pretty quickly. Besides that, all calls I made were answered by a real person, and I was called by a real person multiple times to clarify and get things in order. Payments were automated, and I was able to pay my lease off early pretty easily on their website. Obviously be careful with their stupid high interests rates, pay your crap off early.

I recently applied to use your services when I went to Bailey’s furniture store to purchase a bedroom set. I decided to decline the offer because of the many times and conflicts with the computer system being able to be accessed for signature. I do believe that had the system been working properly, I may have made the purchase, but because of that, and the customer service my wife and I received at Bailey’s, we decided to decline the offer, or use your services. The process was easy enough and the people that I did have a chance to speak with or very nice and professional. In the future, if I am offered a chance again to use your services, I probably would based on this experience.

I’ve been a multi time customer with a great payment history, after multiple loans with no missed payments my ability to by or what you would call approved limit has steadily decreased. This is a great company to acquire needed household items , but the inability to recognize repeat and good customers is lacking….

"The experience with Zo has been the worst"
The experience with Zo has been horrible. Great we got approved in store. Many of the items weren't in stock. Then Zo proceed to email and call weekly to check and see if we had recieved the items approved for, which took 7 months to recieve. Though they are owned by the same company they COULD NOT check the status of the furniture ordered and instead left us feeling harassed while waiting for our items to arrive. When the items were DELAYED they continued to ask, which only added salt to the wound. Furniture finally arrived and they didn't maintain the card required on file for the financing, and then proceed to call multiple times daily. Tried to sign in on their website to fix things and there are multiple, so good luck trying to figure out which is which with out guidance. Paid the whole thing off because this is just ridiculous. Just recieved a letter in the mail from bailey's that they did not recieve any payment from Zo so this is going to be a fun week in trying to figure out this mess. We only signed up for the financing to get the better price in the first place. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND.

I filled out and submitted all my personal information, went through the process, and then was told I was approved for the mount of $132.00 leasing power. Was instructed to get in contact with any of their local providers to use my leasing power and to be sure to provide leasing application id approval #. 5 minutes later, I get two text messages and two emails stating that ZoFinancial’s decision “had changed” and they decided to give me an updated leasing power of $0.00. Like seriously? Thanks.
