I was really pleased because this order arrived quicker than I had expected.

The packing was fine, and the goods were as ordered. So I can't think of anything more I could expect.

Oh, and it was cheaper than Viking, which was why I ordered in the first place.

I only use genuine print cartridges having caught a cold several times in the past with imitations, refills etc. Searching through ebay was a nightmare trying to sort out the real thing from the dross so I googled the cartridge I needed and up came Office Etc with the best price. Ordering was simple and delivery very quick.

Their website is very easy to use. Products can be found easily and also with the My Account section it is easy to make a repeat purchase. Their prices for original inks are extremely competative. I have been using Office-etc. for probably four years and have never been disappointed.
