Our instructor, Patrick, brought an unparalleled level of energy, expertise, and genuine care to the sessions, making it truly outstanding.

One idea that I would have found helpful is to show a couple of example interview clips before we conduct our interviews. Having spent a lot of time in a corporate environment I've been through ~several~ outside trainings. This one has by far been the best. All of what we learned was important and helpful to not only my work, but me as a person. And it was made even better by Patrick. He's the Ms. Frizzle of interviewing - fun, engaging, full of mischief and just all around good people.
