impossible to get hold of. emailed 5 times, called 50. no response. cant return an order. will never use again.

I have tried to contact this company by phone to discuss product information, stock availability, delivery and now refunds on 5 different days in the last week at varying times and nobody answers the phone, nor can you leave a phone message. I have emailed couple of days ago and no reply yet. The customer service you receive does not match the impression given from their website. I wonder if something has gone wrong with this company over the last few months?. I would avoid ordering online. I think I have wasted my time and money.

"Express delivery slow"
Paid additional £15 for express delivery on Sunday for some plugs/switches and sent email saying we need order asap. Got no reply or dispatch confirmation email Monday so rang up Tuesday morning to confirm order hadn't been dispatched yet so I had to cancel order. Hassle free refund.

"Avoid this company"
Avoid this company, it is possibly a scam. I ordered "in stock" supplies 3 weeks ago but have not received them or heard anything from the vendor. I have written several emails, called dozens of times and nobody is picking up the phone. I have re-ordered the same items from other vendors and have already received them. I will now keep asking for a refund and will report fraud if I don't hear back in a few days.

I ordered some items on 29th August and they still didn't arrive, even though on the order confirmation it said it woudl come in 5-6 days. I have sent several emails to chase but not received any reply. Is this a scam?

"Communication could be better"
I had a long list and of what I needed for our kitchen and the quickest way to source these was to call. I spoke to Izzy who was very helpful and sent me a quote. Advised it would be 2 days for delivery. We were in a rush to receive the items so I placed my order same day. Items did not turn up on the Friday when expected. I called to be told that some of the items were out of stock but due in on Monday. However only half of my order arrived. On calling again I was told that they were waiting on another delivery and my item would be sent on Thursday. The balance finally arrived on the Friday so a whole week was lost. If I had been made aware that not everything was in stock I would have sourced elsewhere.
They were though quite prompt with giving me a refund on items that ended up not being required.
