Il sito dispone di articoli di vario genere difficili da reperire, spesso di edizioni limitate. Il personale è super disponibile e pronto a qualsiasi evenienza. Le spedizioni sono accurate, sicure e rapide. Acquisto da diversi anni su questo sito e penso sia in cima alla lista per le cose che tratta. Parliamo sia di qualità che di rapporto prezzo. Non posso dire altro che Consigliatissimo.

Once they replaced a slightly damaged package without any problem, and recently they promptly cancelled an order I had placed by mistake. Highly recommended!

"Expensive prices and unfriendly customer support"

I had pre-ordered the new Glory of Team Rocket display (Japanese version). After I changed my mind and wanted to cancel the pre-order, I was surprisingly contacted directly by the CEO himself via WhatsApp. He asked me why I wanted to cancel the order.

I politely explained to him that I had simply changed my mind. Instead of showing understanding, however, he reacted in an extremely unfriendly manner and accused me of things like: "Why didn't you think about it before you ordered?" or "You should also think about the seller."

He also drew my attention to a clause stating that 20% of the purchase price was due as a "penalty" if I canceled. Instead, he advised me to take the goods after all - I could sell them on and even make a profit (spoiler: I won't).

In the end, the seller put me under so much pressure that I took the goods after all.

As long as you buy there and don't cancel anything, everything seems to be fine. But as soon as you want to cancel something, you are put under massive psychological pressure.

That was definitely my last purchase there.
