Very good experience thanks. On the two occasions I called both the members of staff delt with my quote and insurance renewal promptly and with care.

Shambolic customer service. If you’re thinking of renewing with this company, think again.

They may well be the cheapest option, there are reasons for that. Namely They will find any reason to increase the cost of your policy, after you have accepted it.

I had a no fault claim, which was withdrawn, I provided them with a letter they requested to prove the claim had been withdrawn even though it was not my fault, and yet this evidence is not good enough.

I pray to God that I don’t have To use this insurance for any claims. I imagine they will do everything in their power to avoid liability at any cost, basically like most insurance companies.
