They reached out and offered an alternative and made sure that I was happy with the substitution. The shipping was crazy fast. I got the call on Sunday afternoon and received my order Tuesday. Super easy to navigate the website, study and make a selection and the icing is really fast delivery. I did have a question and Danielle was there, in person to assist. That was nice. Interacting with a real person. I watched a lot of videos before deciding on a press. Surprisingly enough the Transpro Plus 16x20 hit all of my hot buttons. I’d make a new list and the Transpro Plus always popped up when I pressed enter for the results. I’m very happy with my purchase.
