Work was not done properly and they had to
Keep coming back. They do not communicate and are very hard to reach. They didn’t pay for the building regulations, and no we can’t get hold of them to chase for this!!!!!!!

If I could give a review with zero points, I would. The other reviews about them being scammers are all true. This company just take your money and do no work! They keep making excuses and giving alternative dates and then do not turn up! DO NOT USE THEM BECAUSE YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF. AT COMPANIES HOUSE, THERE IS AN ACTIVE STRIKING OFF PROPOSAL FOR THIS COMPANY. I AM GOING TO HAVE TO SUE THEM. IN MY OPINION, THEY ARE GOING AROUND DELIBERATELY COMMITTING FRAUD.

Start date was changed twice. At the moment, the website is down, ignoring my phone calls...they are answering only once in 10 days by email...

To me it seems like Daniela Taylor is the only person in that company, as no one else was answering the phone since November.

Reported them to Trading Standards. Very disappointed, as I do understand that I was deceived...

Just stay away from them

worst contractor that I ever came across.
conservatory works has been scheduled to start in Sep 2021 and yet to be started in Feb 2022.

Every time work is delayed/cancelled, no one updates me.
Reason to cancel the works keeps changing from short staff because of covid to material short supply and other-way around

And they started ghosting me once I started asking for my deposit back. Since my deposit is stuck, I cant go to other contractor as well.

"Brilliant roof replacement!"

We recently had a new roof on our conservatory. The ceiling was of course plastered with lights fitted.We also had all the walls plastered. 3 windows and a door were also replaced. Daniela came to measure and advise on the best course of action in a very efficient and business like manner. A full description was given of the work to be carried out and the payment schedule which was easily understood.
The work was carried out efficiently with all rubbish removed. The workmen were courteous and got on with the job quickly so that it was finished in the time allotted.
There were a couple of little hitches with obtaining materials which were resolved quickly and with compensation.
We are very pleased with the result and it has made a a big difference to the temperature in the conservatory and can now be used all year.

Directors have been defrauding people under different names and companies since before 2015! Once they have your money, they lie, lie and lie, keep making false promises and either fail to deliver or deliver building work that does not pass UK Building Regulations.

Please stay away from them! Facebook group setup of their defrauded ex-clients, been reported to Companies House, HMRC, Trading Standards, Rouge Traders/Watchdog!
