Broq is a great product made from broccoli seeds, horse radish and rice hulls. It's a Sulforophane supplement, and non-GMO . I decided to try this because of the way its' produced (no solvents) and it is supposed to help with all kinds of things such as inflammation, heart health, brain health, immune health and energy!
