I had a great experience with DigitalPlant during the demo period—their support team was incredibly responsive, always replying within 20 minutes whenever I reached out. However, since purchasing the membership, my experience has been the complete opposite. I’ve been trying to contact them for the past 4-5 days, but I haven’t received a single response.
Their customer service seems excellent only when you’re on a demo, but once you become a paying customer, it’s a different story. I wouldn’t recommend their support based on my experience. I wish I could attach screenshots of my chats to show how unresponsive they have been.

I renewed my subscription on 28/12/24 and ever since then its been operating very poorly. It takes a long time to load and takes forever to select a movie/series to watch and then half way through whatever we are watching, the screen goes black and we cannot get the screen back to what we were watching. And how come my renewal link took me to a joinery firm !!!

I have had 4 previous providers prior to Digital Planet.
All have been good.. But either closed down or become too expensive.
I found DP by chance searching the web, after my last provider was shut down.
Signing up was easy, with a subsequent simple payment and installation procedure.
The Service provides a Free VPN portal, along with a splendid Contact?/info service .. via WhatsApp and Telegram Apps.
The choice of viewing is both vast and Global.
DP incorporates a comprehensive navigation and setting. Which allows you to search save edit and adjust to ones particular requirements.
I have renewed in advance for another year-end recommended DP to friends and associates.
They now offer superb price promotion and recommendation incentives.
Having now had numerous years of personal experience with IPTV. And to those using other systems.
This has been by far the best system to Date.
I thoroughly Endorse and commend them to interested parties considering IPTV.
