Roger at customer service went out of his way to reassure me and offered right away to send the caffeine free version of diet spotlight. I was impressed with his helpfulness and desire to answer my concerns.

I initially called to cancel while I try the 2 week trial, which I have for 4 days now and I feel great and notice a huge difference in my appetite. But the rep told me about the special they had and told him I’d call back next Thursday. He ended up offering me another 2 weeks of the Burn TS product completely free. So far tho I am interested!

I hadnt had a chance to try the product before the trial period ended. I called and not only did the extend the period, but are sending me more samples free of charge. Great customer service!

I've tried the 14 day sample with the knowledge if I didn't cancel within those 14 days that I would be auto charged for more to be sent. I didn't call to cancel in time, so a bottle is on it's way, which is fine because I really enjoyed my sample. I feel more energized and have lost two pounds in the two weeks. It has definitely curbed my appetite which leads to better food choices. I have called to cancel the subscription only because I want the freedom (and money) to order when I choose. It is pricey, but I am really eager to see my results after using for 30 days. I am anticipating adding a little walking, as I am pretty sedentary. I would recommend this product.

I have taken a few of the samples I received and during the time I was on them I did feel my appetite was curbed. I haven't had time to take all the samples I received as I am having to deal with stressful family issues which doesn't help b/c I'm a eat when stressed. Hopefully I will be able to start again with this product and see the results I would like. Customer Service Reps have been very pleasant and helpful during this process.

I decided to try the "FREE" sample, and in no way intended to sign up for a regular subscription. Never received an invoice or shipment notice. After receiving the unwanted month's supply, I contacted customer service which was prompt and polite, but never refunded the charge they took from my account. Hopefully, I successfully canceled the commitment they believed I had made.
