Given incorrect info about wind mitigation that if I got it I wouldn't have to pay $70 on my policy (People's Trust obviously made an error with the initial quote by issuing a wind mitigation discount then said I did not have the discount.) Actually told it might even reduce my premium since they might find additional discounts. I paid the $95 for the wind mitigation inspection, which I wasn't told about when I got the policy, and still got a new bill still requesting the same $70 afterward. It's a terrible way to start a relationship by telling lies and trying to squeeze additional money out of me because they made a mistake on the initial quote.
