"Misleading..."

Our experience started out on the premise of misconception as we were informed of matters concerning the insurance policy that were misleading. As such, we were left with the wrong impression. This resulted with us making payments directly to the insurer and not the mortgage company. As such, we became delinquent (for the first time in the history of our mortgage) and payment arrangements had to be made with the mortgage holder to catch up the shortage. All-in-all, not an auspicious beginning.
