In my last review I had purchase an Oasis humidifier and mentioned I was waiting for a new humidor from Cigar Star. It arrived today and I was very impressed at the way it was packaged and the quality of the unit.
It's the Heirloom 150 cigar humidor which they describe as, "Less than Perfect". I still haven't found the imperfection, it has a perfect seal and looks great. It also came fully equipped with the usual, dividers, Hygrometer and a tray. What I wasn't expecting was also receiving a rack on the bottom and 150 cigar Humidity Beads. Great value for $160 CDN. I purchased it as my second humidor but I will proudly display it. I highly recommend shopping there.

Bought a humidor from a local cigar store. The humidor was leaking and the Spanish cedar is coming unglued. The humidor is approximately 2 years old, I thought they would stand behind their product but since I didn’t have my original receipt they refused to help me. I received 1 email reply from Michelle but nothing else after. I ended up buying another humidor and now I have a small pile of fire wood.

no problems with the products, they arrived as described. however one of the employees there does not know how to read addresses correctly and put down the wrong address on my second purchase and possibly my first one as well that i never received because it was probably returned to sender. i only managed to get this one because of the helpful post office staff

From my recent experience with a small defect that I'd discovered on a humidor I purchased, I can tell you that they fully back their products. They seemed genuinely surprised that this small defect got past their quality control and, without hesitation, I was sent a replacement. I will buy from this company again and highly recommend them.
