" iPad hardly used but rejected by we buy any phone20/02/2025"

Sent my iPad in and described it as excellent as hardly been used but they wouldn't even make me an offer on it due to scratches which I still cannot see after having it returned so unless its new out of the box and never used I wouldn't bother with them ever again. If they had revised the offer I may have considered it but they didnt.Avoid at all cost

"I was offered £480.00 for an unused I…"

I was offered £480.00 for an unused I Phone 14 Pro Max, which I accepted and sent the phone to them, a few days latter I got a revised offer of £340.00 stating there was wear on the phone, I spoke to their live chat and explained this was a new phone so could not possibly has any signs of wear, But they just said that I was being offered the value they put on the phone and sent it back to me, under no circumstances should you use this company, I have also posted this review on my company intranet which has a worldwide audience of over 20,000 staff

"I was offered £360 then £130"

I was offered £360 - upon receiving my phone which had been kept in an army grade otterbox case for the year I had it, they started the body was damaged and that the screen was scratched. The bright light they use show every imperfection, not something you can see in our daylight and I feel this is a tool they use to bring the value down. They revised my offer to £130. I had to go to live chat and ask for my phone to be returned as there was no obvious way to decline this offer, Live chat stated that I had to pay £10.75 for the return of my phone which I duly paid.
I feel like this is a patented way to get every offer down upon receipt, No second hand phone will be perfect so there is always a way to reduce a quoted price.
I would not use again and I wouldn't recommend

Update. They charged me £10.75 to return my phone to me. They sent it Royal Mail tracked 48 with signature. (Postie didn’t ask for a signature). This costs around £4.79 so they charged me twice the amount it cost to return.

Update : I returned to Music Magpie and got £300 no issues at all - so this proves my phone was in good order

"Dishonesty at its finest"

Was offered £670 for my pristine iPhone 15pro max (which had been in a 360° gel case from unpacking to posting to WBAP. The offer price was revised to £500+ due to damage - (??). So I rejected the offer, and rejected the revised offer, and rejected the final offer - as I knew my phone wasn’t damaged in the slightest (well not when it was sent to them). Upon receipt of my returned phone it was (intentionally imo) scuffed beside the screen. I will never use them again. I used Music Magpie instead who accepted my now scuffed phone and honoured their quote of £635 with no quibbles.

"This company does not honour the price…"

This company does not honour the price offered online when selling phone. I was offered 40 instead of the online 125 euro offered, when I asked to return my phone instead they just pushed the transaction through and refuse to respond to any calls or emails since. Really disappointed with this company. I had several phones and they did not honour the value on any of them. Suggest avoiding

I should have looked at trust pilot before dealing with these people.
They are thieves.

"Warning, Looks like a scam subscription!!"

Just to add insult to injury following my far from satisfactory experience in attempting to sell my phone, I now find I was unwittingly signed up to a subscription with an outfit called Cybersentry and found a direct debit payment of £6.95 taken from my account.
I’ve reported this to my bank.
Beware!!!!
