"I had high hopes for Rove Travel"

I had high hopes for Rove Travel, but my experience was nothing short of disappointing. They use air bnb to rent houses in the ghetto that are worth nothing and want to ask for so much documents once air bnb verifies you there should be no problem but these people make it difficult they want to ask so many personal questions and not even hotels ask these types of questions. Why do you need my linked in or social media information? Not everyone has social media so I was denied this place in the ghetto that they charging $7100 for which is not worth close to $4000 in the bad neighborhood but this was a last resort and I needed a place ASAP. Rove has shown me that they are no good and don't try to help. Do not use services like this
