Inquired regarding security and alarm systems and had myself assisted by Patrick Donohue, who was very polite and accomodating all through out the process. During the day that I had decided to get their service, one of their engineers, Johnny Doyle, came in after just few hours for the installation. He went through all my concerns and addressed them well. Very good customer service!
