On this occasion I ordered a new DVR and needed a camera sending to a different address in London where I inadvertently entered the wrong postcode. A quick phone call and this was rectified prior to shipping. Ordered Sunday evening, shipped Monday arrived Tuesday. Have also asked technical questions about the kit and received great advice. Highly recommend.
