Great experience with the Power Tool Store.
After purchasing this item with another retailer who waited 5 days to tell me they did not have the item and still took payment as well as £6.99 for delivery. I was purchasing this item for a birthday gift. (Silverline angle grinder) which my husband specifically asked for. I do not have a clue about ordering such items so having this cancelled by another supplier knocked my confidence.
However The Power Tool Store were fantastic. They dispatched the same day as I ordered and i received it the next day. THAT'S WITHIN 24 HOURS and on free delivery. I also phoned the company and spoke to a very friendly and helpful chap as I could not test the item (as I didn't have a clue how to use it - sorry no idea when it comes to power tools) and was concerned as my husbands birthday was in 3 weeks time, but he assured me that I could return the item within 30 days and it has a 3 year warranty also.
I am so happy with this company, I highly recommend them. If only all company's service was as good. Many thanks to Power Tool Store.
