I’ve only booked the rentabus (it hasn’t actually turned up yet) but can I just say the customer experience I have received in doing this booking has been second to none! Excellent communication the whole time. Responses at anytime of the day. They have made it all so easy. I seriously feel like it’s been too good to be true. Just hoping the bus does actually turn up!

We used a Rentabus to ferry guests to and from our Kumeu wedding - a smooth, stress-free process from start to finish. No question was too silly, no request too much. They were happy to provide advice, and when our original pickup location wasn't viable, Rentabus were quick to suggest an equally convenient location.

Event day communication was excellent, and when we had to adjust our numbers TWICE, the driver was understanding and accommodating.
