The ornaments were great, but the day they arrived they went on sale for half off. I emailed customer service asking if they’d honor the new pricing and I never got a response. If they don’t do price adjustments that’s fine, but the courtesy of a response would have been appreciated. Not responding reflects not valuing me as a customer.

I ordered 4 Ginger Cottages as a Christmas Gift for my husband. The 4 individual boxes were shoe-horned into the shipping box without any protective material around them. The box arrived crushed, therefore, the packaging for the cottages was also crushed. Thankfully the cottages themselves were unharmed.
