After one day of having this insurance I realized it didn’t cover my company but only me. My mistake, but obviously didn’t do intentional! I reached out to tell them and see if I could get my money back, and pretty much was told: No! Now I need to go a buy another insurance. They offered me something about putting my co on the insurance page! And that way it will covered, so I was like ok great to later been told “but you company is not covered”
Seriously??? I am no trying to trick anyone here! It was a mistake and it had been only 1 day after I bought it! Awful customer service!
