The product I receive from PAxaMedical is of outstanding quality, and I am impressed by the timely delivery of my monthly supply. However, I did encountered an unfortunate issue last month when it came to renewing my subscription. It took an aggravating 12 days to resolve the problem, as I had to proactively contact them by calling Paxa to inquire about the delay. It would have been greatly appreciated if Paxamedical had taken the initiative to inform me about the issue and provide updates on the progress of the renewal.

I must say, my overall experience was quite satisfactory, except for one minor setback. Upon receiving my shipment, I noticed that the box had endured some damage during transit and had been resealed. While I don't believe an times were missing, it was disconcerting to encounter a similar issue with the July shipment, although the extent of repackaging was not as severe as the previous one.

I have noticed a minor inconvenience when it comes to reordering after receiving a reorder notice from PAxaMedical. Unfortunately, I am unable to select specific items that I need for that particular month. Instead, I am required to reorder the entire set of items, even if I only require a few. This limitation forces me to endure the time-consuming process of placing an order over the phone. It would greatly enhance the customer experience if Paxamedical could implement a more efficient and personalized system that allows for individual item selection during the reordering process.
