Received the wrong size and side of what I ordered. The speaker they sent me also seemed used? It had yellow stuff that looked like ear wax and it had a hair wrapped around it. I sent it back, now I am waiting on their reply on their refund.

Working with this company has been fantastic. The process to list my hearing aids was quick and very professional. They answered all my questions and were very prompt in getting back to me. Their customer service is exceptional.
