The customer service delivered by Silvertree interiors is outstanding. I ordered two art deco style light fittings, when they arrived several of the glass rods were broken. These broken rods were replaced immediately. I loved the lights so much I ordered a further three. Again these arrived in a very timely manner. All three light fittings were intact. Clock looks nice enough on the wall but on close up inspection the cardboard clock face was disappointing as it’s cheaply made .

Ordered a light fitting but unfortunately didn’t work. Made contact for a replacement and couldn’t fault them at all. The response in dealing with this was excellent. Replacement arrived and works. Would definitely order from them again.
