"They just dont deliver!!!!"

I placed the order on 18th November 2020 and got a mail from them on 19th November that it has been despatched by Royal mail.
But today is 26th Nov and still do not have the delivery. They had given a royal mail delivery tracker which does not work. There is no way to contact them rather than writing an email to info@, which I have done.

It has been a worst experience where one cannot do anything after placing the order.
The worst position to be in!!!!!
