I always try and go direct to DD Hammocks when I'm buying their excellent products, this is why - The courier only delivered one of the three items I ordered, I contacted DD Hammocks and they confirmed all three items had been posted together as one package, they immediately made arrangements for the other two 'lost' items to be sent to me, they arrived the next day.
