Our experience with this company was a disaster, we placed an urgent order with them on 01.08.2024 with too many big promises by Ben Chaplin, but in the end everything was false, the material was promised to leave the next day for China, but wasnt even ready until 1 week, during this course of time they never replied and started throwing attitude on us, later we cancelled the order and was promised refund, which took 15 days to receive, that also with plenty of reminders and putting pressure on them.

They have troubled us from day 1 and only made false promises all the time.
