"Do not use this company"

We placed and paid for an order the beginning of January, the order value was £1044.00. I received an order confirmation but no further communication for 10 days, I called them for a delivery update and was given to run around for approx. another 10 days each time I called or emailed I was advised they were waiting for the manufacturer to update order.... On the 24th of January and still no delivery update I requested a return/refund and guess what a week later I have still not received my refund and each time I call or email there is another reason why they have not been able to process my request. Avoid this company at all costs....
