I bought a MITSUBISHI servo motor brand new (prestime original package) that was delivered without any issues. It is working PERFECTELY!!
Please be advised that they sell PARTS. Industrial machines are very complex and a part failure can be caused by another faulty part our machine missuse. Allways be extremely certain that you know the root cause of the failure - otherwise you may replace a part that fails shortly after replacement ( and blame the PARTS suplier... )
