While it was unfortunate that my watch malfunctioned within the first week. Mr. Jones worked rapidly to resolve the problem. They paid for shipping including packaging and printed a FedEx label. I had to drop the watch off at FedEx, but they shipped the repaired watch to my address within a week.

"A perfectly useless afternoon" is a fun watch and practical too especially if you wish to strike up a conversation with a stranger. "Excuse me, I just bought this watch and can't tell what time it is." "I think the rubber ducky is the minute hand but I'm not sure." The bottom pool lines distorted by the water is a nice touch. A much cooler watch compared to a Rolex.

The watch arrived quickly, however the box was battered (assuming from delivery) when it arrived. The watch did not keep time, so contacted customer support to explain we'd read all the instructions and tips from their website on how to start watch. The response was the same information from online. Then we sent it back. When we got the replacement I was a bit disappointed when the same battered box arrived back and they had just switched out the main part of the watch and used same strap. For the £300 price tag I did expect at least to get a fresh box at least. Eventually, almost a month after being ordered we ave a working watch.
