The dormer blind arrived on time and we are pleased with the result as it fits perfectly, smooth running and is easy to close and open. A minor problem was the instructions were not that easy to follow and the ability to view an instruction video would be helpful rather than a 30 second video we found on the internet.

The customer services agent was brilliant- happy, professional and knowledgeable. As promised, she came back to me with the info I needed.
