InnerCamp offers a comprehensive program to Conscious Connected Breathwork. It offers a broad over scope of the history, style, and techniques of Breathwork and pranayama, while encouraging their students to take the information provided and explore and experiment with the material to create a Breathwork style that is unique and effective to each facilitator.

InnerCamp offers a wide array of resources which makes this course perfect for beginners and seasoned facilitators alike. The live sessions are very well structured and helpful. The program doesn’t require any sort of prerequisite nor daily practice, so if you are not disciplined nor completely invested, there is a potential for the material to become overwhelming or lost. I suggest creating and committing to a personal meditation and breathing program you create yourself in order to help keep you consistent and accountable during the course.

I also suggest not missing ANY of the live sessions. They are powerful moments of connection, even virtually.

Overall, the program is truly wonderful, informative and user friendly. The InnerCamp platform and App are so easy to navigate and they also help you track your progress.

Highly suggested to anyone looking to expand their personal journey and to those who hope to guide others along their healing journey.

When I found out there was an in person training in Malaga, it was a hell yes immediately, and it did not disappoint at al! It has probably been the best training I have done. The teachers, the information, the assignments and the way everything has been put together has made it such an amazing experience. I would encourage anyone unsure what breathwork company to go with, to really just go ahead. It really has been more than transformational!
