The plan itself was what was needed but was not accepted. I received it quickly and it was accurate. Your website however could better stress the fact that it may not be accepted by state or county government agencies. It was honest. In the area explaining refunds it was clear. I believe it could have been better explained. That was my fault. Consumer beware.

I asked for a scale of 1/20, 1/30 or 1/40 "/' and they sent me 1/50. I emailed back and they never got back to me. Was not able to use for a permit. Make sure they get it correct the first time because they will not reply back to you even though they ask you to critique the finished product.
