The staff were friendly, they kept me well informed at every stage, the car turned up exactly when they said it would. They also helped me get a good deal on the finance. I decided to speak with Motor Source Group after getting the run around from main dealers who seemed reluctant to talk deals and had strings attached when they did. Stephen in sales at MSG was very informative and patient in outlining the options even preparing quotes for different vehicles and specs quickly and efficiently. The prices were very good with none of the main dealer nonsense. I was a little concerned as I had not bought a car remotely before, but Laura organised the collection of our trade in, delivery of the new car and all the admin. It all happened in the timescale agreed and without fuss. I would definitely use this service again.
