Perfecte service, snelle levering!

"Faulty Humble Bug and no one taking responsibility "

Received a Humble Bug for Christmas and loved it. However, it has started to light up or dim on its own, so it is faulty, and the retailer (Amara) is being difficult, asking if its the bulb or the wiring. How would I know? The bulb is encased and any wiring is inside the unit because it's rechargeable, which is the whole point. I really want it fixed or replaced, but am getting nowhere fast, which is a shame because I really liked it and would have given more stars if not for this.

Opnieuw voor Humble gekozen. Dit omdat het kwalitatief heel erg goed is! Wij vinden het zeer belangrijk dat de accu lang mee gaat! Hopelijk wordt er binnenkort een nieuw model aan de collectie toegevoegd.

Aankoop en product zijn goed. Had alleen geen track&trace of verzendbevestiging gekregen, dus dat was vreemd en onhandig.

De bezorging en alles prima maar een zeer klein overgeprijsd minilampje van plastic, kan zo van de action zijn, kwaliteit valt tegen

"Humble Firefly way too expensive"

Nice design, but way too expensive. Plastic instead of glass feels and looks cheap.For turning on or off you can't simply touch the top (much cheaper lamps are able for that) but you have to turn the lamp and press a button underneath. Not worth 149€

"Goede koop"

De levering was vlot. De tafellamp was precies zoals verwacht. Met name een mooie kleur licht. Mooi ook dat een handleiding via een QR code online beschikbaar was. Maar het gebruik wees zich vanzelf
