"Not as described!"

Description read: "A cotton flannel strap with plastic handles that is used to reach awkward places e.g back and legs. It has coarse foam on one side to use as a skin toner."

It is a cotton flannel strap but that's about as far as the description is accurate! The handles are material, not plastic (not that I would have considered that to be a minus, handles are not really that important). BUT the foam is very smooth, not at all coarse and therefore not much use as a skin toner, which is very important to me.

I decided to keep the product - it's better than nothing for washing my back - but very disappointed, not at all the standard I expected from previous purchases.
