Great company! I have never had a issue with service so far. Honest company, my bill has been the same every month, no surprise fee's or changes. When setting up service was able to call and talk to someone right away and they were very quick to help. Always returned calls in timely manner. Could understand who I was speaking with and they were always very kind and friendly.

I traveled to Toronto, Canada Monday through Thursday this week and I had a very unfortunate experience not having internet service. I was trying to navigate directions in my rental car and was driving blind. The worst part is I spoke with A Pat Mobile service person and they added extra service to my plan that ended up being worthless.

Sadly, I’m going to have to consider switching to another provider that can meet my travel needs.
