I purchased a duvet set via Amazon. The material was a good quality and survived being washed without any loss of colour or quality. However, there was a manufacturing defect with one of the pillow cases. I contacted Bloomsbury Mill customer service directly and Angela replied same day (a Sunday) and new pillow cases were dispatched and arrived a couple of days later. Will definitely use again.
