Very good experience with all members of the company I spoke to. Only minor blip that surfaced was on the day of delivery and it was purely down to having the wrong plans in my hand ! Due to a production issue we were upgraded to bigger beams than we'd ordered unfortunately I was ticking off on the original order and the delivery driver (who was excellent by the way) was ticking off on the upgraded beams. The driver arranged for the missing beams to be delivered on the same day, however the oversight with the 2 sets of plans was soon spotted and we had received the correct amount, but their willingness to put things right was fantastic - thank you

Our experience is quite different from the feedback from others. The brochure and staff contact promised a lorry with a 10-12m reach. In fact it could only reach a maximum of 6m. Apparently they will only ensure such a long reach with their own installation service which of course they would if they are installing. Dont be deceived as we were. Will never use this company again.

I sent enquiries to six pre cast concrete floor suppliers, and Floorspan were the most competitive by some margin. The client wavered between beam and bock and pre cast planks, and Floorspan provided layouts and costs for all options and revisions until the client decided on beam and block. Once the order was placed a delivery date was offered within a week, and the delivery driver was very helpful in placing the materials to minimise the carrying. Good estimating on blocks and slips, all went down with no problems and minimal wastage.
Will be my first call for any future projects, great service and well done.
