Spoke on the phone with Doug himself. Very pleasant experience with ordering. Shipment was packed very well and arrived in very secure fashion. Only drawback is funds are held for 10 days when using checks. Can be expedited by submitting cancelled check, but still a longer wait. Would otherwise highly recommend to family and friends.
