"Dårlig informasjon"

Når jeg bestilte min test var det ikke informert om annet enn at jeg ville bli satt i kontakt med lege/ få resept på behandling ved positivt svar. Det viser seg nå i ettertid at dere ikke gjør dette for den aktuelle testen. Meget skuffet over dårlig informasjon i forkant, da hadde jeg heller oppsøkt lege direkte i stedet for å kaste bort penger. Kommer ikke til å bruke dere igjen.

"I'm very disappointed in this service"

I'm very disappointed in this service - even though I think the idea of the test is great. I recommend the test to a client (I am a nutritional therapist) because it is so helpful to have PCR test results to know exactly what you are treating and this seemed like an affordable option (also the only option). The website lists the types of candida species tested for and our assumption was we would get results detailing the amount present and type present.

Unfortunately the only result you get it 'present' or 'not present'. As candida is a normal part of our flora this gives absolutely no indication of whether or not further action is needed. As it also doesn't specify the type it doesn't help me choose supplements specific to the candida species. This makes the result essentially useless.
